In order to take advantage of our wholesale purchase prices, you must apply for a dealer account. You will be able to sign in right away, however, you will not be able to see your wholesale prices until your full application has been approved.

NOTE TO DEALERS: This is a preliminary application and does not guarantee approval. After you submit your information in the fields on the left, an Octane Ridge associate will contact you to obtain the required documents to complete the full dealer application process. The final step in completing the dealer application will require you to provide the following documentation:

Photocopy of state business license to sell Powersport vehicles and/or parts and accessories
Signed and dated MAP policy agreement
Signed and dated dealer application to show agreement and compliance

These documents may be emailed to dealers@octaneridge.com or faxed to 816-666-9682 for faster approval. You may also mail these documents to:

It will take one business day once we receive your documents to review and approve your full application and documentation. Any missing/incorrect information or documentation may delay the approval process. Upon approval, we will email or call you with confirmation to login to your account to see your wholesale pricing.
